Four Legged Fancies

Victoria Stent created ‘Four Legged Fancies’ as she has been involved with dogs for over 30 years. Vicky and her family are Guide Dog puppy walkers and have helped train over 45 dogs in their first stage of becoming working Guide Dogs.

Vicky became concerned about the poor ingredients that go into some pet foods. Many dog treats on the market look nice and tasty but actually contain high amounts of sugar, salt, colours, additives and preservatives, all of which can lead to an unhealthy pooch.

“All of my treats are made with healthy, natural ingredients and kept as low fat as possible with none of the nasties mentioned above. I have a ‘No wheat, real meat’ attitude and I do exactly what it says on the tin, no wheat and real meat goes into my biscuits instead of stock or meat flavours,” says Vicky.

“Also I think the best part of treating your dogs is not only doing it with something tasty but also with something that is fun for the owner. This is why most of my treats are a bit mad such as my ‘Magical Marmite Reindeer” or my ‘Lamb Terrier’ biscuits. These treats make fun and original gifts for dog owners and are a great way to say ‘Thank You’ or ‘Happy Birthday’ to a special doggy mad friend!”

Four Legged Fancies has been featured on ‘This Morning’ and has a star studded list of celebrity clients, four legs and two!

The business was a finalist for a Bath Magazine ‘creative business’ award in 2014 and was also nominated for three different categories in the Bath Independent Awards.

The biscuits are sold in retailers all over the UK and also in Pets at Home boutique stores.

You can visit Four Legged Fancies at chalet number 106 at this year’s Christmas Market.
