British CassisFood and Drink

British Cassis is made using blackcurrants grown on a 4th generation family farm in Herefordshire. We add champagne yeast and sugar to the juice and ferment. The resulting liqueur can be drunk neat over ice, is delicious in cocktails or can be added to champagne or prosecco to make a Kir Royale.
