Coach operators – it’s time to book your coach drop-off and pick-up! Bath Christmas Market has a dedicated coach drop-off zone, located at Royal Avenue (BA1 2PH).

There will be directional signage and marshals to help direct your driver to/from Royal Avenue to your selected all-day parking location.  Royal Avenue will operate a one-way system - with the entrance situated at Gay Street only (BA1 2NT).

You can book a 30-minute drop off/pick up slot and you will also have the choice of one of our marshalled all-day parking locations. Please note: the booking does not cover the Clean Air Zone charge. Visit the council website to find out more.

Getting to the market

Royal Avenue is situated within walking distance of Bath Christmas Market. The closest point (Milsom Street) is a 5-10 minute walk and the furthest point (Abbeygate Street) is a 10-15 minute walk. Please note, there is a slight incline of around 2% on the way back.

For any passengers who require it, there will be a temporary taxi rank within Royal Avenue, and there is also a taxi rank situated at Orange Grove. 

Facilities

Our coach drop-off zone has dedicated toilet facilities for passengers to use. It is conveniently located next to the Treetops café and Bath on Ice, where drinks are available to have in or take away.
